Almond Flax Bread |
Ingredients
Dry ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of ground almonds aka almond flour
- 1/4 cup of ground flax seed meal
- 1 1/2 tsp. of baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. of fine sea salt
Wet ingredients
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbs. of honey
- 1 tbs. of apple cider vinegar
- 4 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Grease a loaf pan
- In a medium size bowl mix all of your dry ingredients together really well
- In a smaller bowl whisk all of the wet ingredients together
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixing really well
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan
- Bake for 23 minutes or until you can insert a toothpick into the center of the bread having it come out clean.
- Remove from the oven and cool completely
- Slice and enjoy
If you slice this loaf of bread thinly you can get 16 slices or more from it.
