Flowers in My Garden

Lilacs about to bloom

Fragrance fills the air

As the tiny flowers bloom

Flourishing beauty  

Lilacs have started to bloom

The first picture of the lilacs was taken two days ago. This morning after a day of heavy rain I took the second picture. I love this lilac tree and only wish that the blooms would last throughout the summer.
